Day 2
So today I ran about a 15minute pace for 20 minutes... I need to work up a bit better.
I alternated 1 minute of a 9:40 pace with 1 minute of a 23:00 pace. Here are the results:
Tomorrow I'm increasing by 5 minutes, since I've been feeling crappy and need to get back into it. HOPEFULLY next week I can get back to my 35 minutes! :)

Day 1 of logging
Still getting over the fever/crappiness that I've been dealing with this week, so my routine was short -
15 minutes of speed intervals
Distance: .92
Speed: Ramp up was slow (1.5MPH - 2.5MPH), but after the first 3 minutes - 6MPH 90 seconds, 3MPH 90 seconds
Incline: 0
Notes: Need to increase level of machine to increase interval speed, manually changed from 1.5/3.0 to 3.0/6.0. Heart rate never went above 143, will ramp up when feeling better.
In addition - used rowing machine for 500m, did pushups and 25 situps with an 8lb ball. Also spent 10-15 minutes bouncing on a balance ball.
