So today I ran about a 15minute pace for 20 minutes... I need to work up a bit better.
I alternated 1 minute of a 9:40 pace with 1 minute of a 23:00 pace. Here are the results:
Then I decided to have some upper-body fun and use the rower for 1KM:
Tomorrow I'm increasing by 5 minutes, since I've been feeling crappy and need to get back into it. HOPEFULLY next week I can get back to my 35 minutes! :)
